BYou Laser Clinics is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our marketing department as an SEO and Lead Generation Specialist. We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing exceptional laser treatment services.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry. Your responsibilities will include managing PPC campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses, launching new campaigns, optimizing PPC and social media ads, and overseeing SEO. Full time in-house position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage PPC campaigns for our clients, optimizing for maximum effectiveness.

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.

Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and on-page copy, to improve search engine rankings.

Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Identify and troubleshoot SEO issues, such as crawl errors and duplicate content.

Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain best practices.

Generate regular reports to track key SEO metrics and communicate performance insights.

Coordinate with web developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations.

Provide SEO recommendations for website redesigns and new site launches.

Launch new PPC campaigns and oversee Instagram/Facebook ads.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into marketing strategies.

Develop and maintain strong organic traffic management and Lead Generation to improve company revenue.

Generate regular analytics reports to track KPI metrics and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram analytics, and SEO metrics.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

Additional Responsibilities:

Update website content to align with marketing goals and company branding.

Monitor and analyze website performance, optimizing for SEO and speed.

Assist with managing the ecommerce shop and product settings.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with team members on content creation and marketing strategies.

Actively innovate and be proactive with lead generator platform.

Support other marketing projects as needed and pivot tasks as priorities shift.

Maintain an organized content library for marketing purposes.

Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary data.

Stay updated on company policies, processes, and industry information.

Assist parent and sister companies with marketing efforts when required.
