Senior Vice President Of Sales And Marketing

General Description

As the Senior VicePresident of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and executing the Sales and Marketing strategies of the organization. You will work closely with the CEO, President, Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

· Develop strategic objectives related to Sales and Marketing functions.

· Build initiatives towards establishing a brand and corporate identity.

· Create and maintain Sales and Marketing budgets.

· Research the market, understand customer requirements and analyze trends.

· Establish partnerships to increase Sales and collaborate with media platforms.

· Prepare reports and presentations to update management with sales progress.

· Identify new marketing opportunities.

· Attend business seminars, conferences, and workshops to track industry trends.

· Analyze and respond to competitors' strategies and changes in the industry.

· Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.

· Evaluate the performance of Sales and Marketing personnel.

· Communicate with the team, customers, and stakeholders regularly.

· Provide feedback to team members, collaborate with department heads, and provide progress reports to top-level management.

Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.

· Master’s in related field preferred.

Experience

· A minimum of 5-10 years of management experience in a Sales and Marketing role.

· Experience working in a sizeable medical device company.

· Experience working at an early-stage company.

Knowledge/Skills

· Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

· The ability to translate goals into actionable and measurable plans and communicate the results to top level management.

· Excellent analytical, time and project management/execution, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

· Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage complex situations with multiple priorities with positive outcomes.

· Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
