What You'll Do::
The SVP of Operations (SVPO) oversees the operations of campuses in their assigned region. The SVPO utilizes expertise and business acumen to improve processes and achieve exceptional student outcomes.

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support the mission and vision of the College.
    • Collaborate with administrative office leadership to align operational objectives with College goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and direction to campus leadership teams to ensure alignment with College priorities.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with peers to identify, document, and implement best practices.
    • Drive implementation of best practices and standards to uphold the reputation and accreditation of the College.
  • Financial Management
    • Perform cap-ex and operational budget planning for campuses and ensure P&L goals for each campus are achieved.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improved performance while maintaining exceptional outcomes.
    • Oversee facility planning to align with College priorities.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop campus leadership teams to achieve departmental and College objectives
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and excellence among colleagues.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support colleagues’ growth and success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
    • Serve as a key spokesperson for the College, representing the College with professionalism and integrity.

What We Need From You::
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must have:
  • Bachelors’ degree required.
  • 10+ years’ experience in effective operational leadership, with P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, able to bring others together and negotiate differences.

Nice to have:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Experience with industry technological programs or similar programs (i.e. Nexus, Anthology, Canvas).
  • Experience with Nursing education or in healthcare.
