Position Summary:As the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our brand, drive member acquisition and retention, and align with our organizational objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive member engagement, and increase market share.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, traditional, social media, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to launch new products and services, ensuring effective marketing strategies are in place for successful introductions.
• Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive positioning, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and reflect the credit union's values and mission.
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, community partners, and vendors to amplify the credit union's visibility and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand positioning.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging trends in the marketing landscape.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
