Senior Vice President, Brand & Revenue

AnitaB.org is seeking a Senior Vice President, Brand and Revenue dedicated to the mission of enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, to drive and diversify the organization’s revenue and branding efforts. Reporting to the President and CEO the Senior Vice President, Brand and Revenue will display innate characteristics of humility, leadership, sound management, integrity and collaboration and will provide business development, customer success and branding leadership.

Here's what you'll do

    Motivate and lead a team, instituting industry best practices for marketing and business development.
    Business development and marketing strategy, framework, planning, execution, and evaluations.
    Goal setting, KPIs, reporting and transparency.
    Budget formulation, management, and fiscal stewardship.
    Work with leaders to build business development and marketing structure and set culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
    Develop process for market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term planning and implementation.
    Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.
    Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction and share with executive team.
    Complete additional tasks as assigned.

    Deep commitment and success in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, including leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
    Experience in cultivating and deepening client relationships can strategically lead the organization’s sales function through a stage of significant growth.
    Knowledgeable of diverse sources of social enterprise funding and can seamlessly integrate philanthropy, social impact investing, venture funding, and other mission-based revenue sources to sustain our financial viability without compromising our commitment to advancing equity for women in technology.
    You have mastered motivating, organizing, and managing people to maximize their work outcomes.
    Ability to travel as position requires.

AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $201,000 - $215,000, plus incentive based compensation. We also provide competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 403(b) discretionary match. Consistent with pay equity best practices, we are proud to present only our best and final non-negotiable offer.
