With our trailblazing "No Identity Left Behind" initiative, we emphasize inclusivity and access. You will also contribute to enhancing ID.me Shop, where our members enjoy exclusive discounts and cashback offers, making their online shopping experience more rewarding.

As a Senior UX Writer at ID.me, your exceptional command of language will be your primary tool in crafting intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that effectively assist users in achieving their goals. Your focus will be on ensuring clarity, coherence, quality, accessibility, and global relevance in our product offerings. By partnering with various teams, you'll be part of the process to conceptualize, test, design, and deliver user experiences that are truly centered around our users. As a UX Writer, you will be instrumental in crafting products that bear the distinct ID.me signature: inclusive, helpful, user-oriented, and trustworthy. We are in search of a UX Writer who will bring a fresh perspective to our services, reshaping our user experiences through the power of language.
