Description:
- Our team seeks a motivated and innovative UX Writer to contribute to high-visibility projects by developing content, copy, and concepts for individuals and organizations.
- Our experiences help users create and manage their accounts and provide access to all products and services. You will create user-focused content across these experiences delivered across various surfaces and formats.
- You will work with a team of content designers on centralized standards, contribute directly to our design system, and influence how millions of creatives interact with industry-leading products.
- We’re looking for someone passionate about language, design, and how the two interact to make technology accessible to all!
What you’ll do
- Write content for UX or eCommerce environments, complex, copy-driven workflows, notifications, landing pages, communications, and in-app messaging.
- Collaborate with the team to understand business objectives and user needs to determine a conceptual direction for digital experiences and integrated communications solutions.
- Ensure a consistent voice and approved messaging hierarchy are used in every execution.
- Instill a deep passion for accessible content and inclusivity by demonstrating care and curiosity for people from all walks of life, heritages, languages, and abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- This role will focus on what's the account management experience like or what the admin experience or eCommerce flows. Where are we staying within those flows? What is the right experience?
- This person would collaborate very closely with designers, product managers, and engineers as well as leverage research wherever possible to make data-informed decisions and inclusive writing.
- There will be high visibility interaction. This person needs to be comfortable in presenting to internal stakeholders. 6+ years' experience or more preferred.
- There will be more execution work and less strategy
- There will be a learning curve in the early stages to understand the business/objectives or as a whole.
- There is a Design system with many content guidelines. This person can push guidelines and make suggestions. You won't have to start from ground zero but can leverage some of these guidelines to build a really great experience.
- Team consists of Designers, managers, researchers and content folks.
