As a Senior UI Interaction Designer - Group Lead at within the Digital Revolution team at Kraft Heinz- you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our digital products across the globe. You will lead a team of talented designers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our products deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our brand values. Your expertise will guide our digital transformation efforts- establishing the vision for visual innovation and excellence in UI interaction design.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Leadership: Provide strategic vision and leadership in UI interaction design- setting world-class design standards for the enterprise and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. 2.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of UI Interaction Designers- fostering a collaborative and creative environment- and overseeing their professional growth. 3. Design Strategy: Develop and execute design strategies that align with the company's digital transformation goals- ensuring a user-centric approach to product design.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers- developers- and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into visually compelling and intuitive digital solutions. 5.
Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and facilitate discussions with stakeholders. 7. Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency in visual design and user interaction across all digital products.
8. Global Impact: Design digital products that cater to diverse global audiences- considering cultural nuances and accessibility requirements. 9.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends- emerging technologies- and design best practices- integrating them into our design processes. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in UI interaction design- with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proven experience leading design teams and driving design excellence.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite- Sketch- Figma- etc. - Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills- with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. - Knowledge of HTML- CSS- and JavaScript is a plus. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in office for team collaboration.
