Senior Ux Designer

Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a proven track record of creating high-fidelity prototypes and effectively interacting with customers and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and user needs.

2. Design and deliver user stories, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.

4. Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools to create both high and low-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.

5. Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, techniques, and technologies.

7. Act as a mentor to junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of design projects.

2. Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

3. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and multiple stakeholders.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

6. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
