Key Responsibilities:
- Independently leads requirements-gathering activities.
- Consult with Business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring an interactive voice design solution.
- Designs, tests, and implements interactive voice designs using speech technology and user experience principles
- Manages voice recording process to include: voice talent coaching, audio editing, audio library maintenance, and developing audio quality standards.
- Identifies opportunities to improve multi-channel member experience, gather and analyze data, and partner with appropriate areas to develop solutions.
- Identifies and troubleshoots application issues.
- Knowledge of Voice technology platforms, speech applications, and standards (5+ years).
- Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) (5+ years).
- Knowledge of design concepts, standards, and guidelines. (3+ years).
- Voice technology platforms.
- Speech applications.
- Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
- Design and documentation for our IVR.
- Design experience specific to IVR.
- Conversational experience is nice to have.
- Experience with Nuance platforms is nice to have.
