Primary Purpose
This position will be responsible for certain Sempra Infrastructure's (SI's) Treasury day-to-day operations and work closely with various departments within the organization, such as Accounting, A/P, Legal, Financial Planning, Corporate Cash Management, among others. The role entails disciplined and thorough contracts review, processes design, information gathering and review, conciliation of actuals to forecast, and documentation preparation for capital calls and distributions to partners in compliance with several partnership agreements. The ideal candidate will anticipate deadlines, plan activities, drive issues to resolution and complete transactions, managing concurrent projects and activities and using data analytics. This position should possess strong desire to collaborate with others in the organization and motivation to deliver results effectively and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile and review information needed for the preparation of capital calls and distributions to partners in compliance with several partnership agreements.
- Reconcile transactions and review of bank statements, including the preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and other ad-hoc analysis required by partners, internal and/or external parties.
- Support manager and/or Director on the review of forecast updates for projects, change on assumptions and validation of variances.
- Responsible for preparing workpapers and validation of information from other teams for the Distributable Cash and other reports.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for SOX compliance and record retention policies and procedures.
- Prepare materials for audiences with diverse levels of knowledge, ranging from operations to Senior Management.
- Perform other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- 6 of relevant experience, preferably with a Fortune 500 Company with multiple business units.
- Must be able to work various hours and location (including Mexico) based on business needs.
- Able and willing to travel abroad, primarily Mexico.
- Advanced accounting and financial knowledge and analytical skills Advanced
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Advanced
- Ability to work with high degree of accuracy and has the ability to work under pressure Advanced
- Knowledge and understanding of various ERP, treasury systems and banking portals Intermediate
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and improve processes Advanced
- Demonstrates technology skills, including data analytics, proficient with Microsoft Office and other-work related software Intermediate
- Demonstrated to be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision Advanced

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other professional certificates/advanced degrees
