The Senior TPM - Product Operationsis a high-impact role working in a fast-paced environment to amplify the efficacy of the Product & Engineering organization by creating and optimizing operational excellence.
Reporting to the Global Head of Product Operations, you will be part of a growing team that drives product excellence across LiveRamp.
Job Responsibilities
We have a growing portfolio with no shortage of opportunities to have a real impact on our internal customers, the Product Managers.
Your portfolio will span the following areas, in the current order of importance.
Program & Change Management
  • Provide change management to implement our various initiatives and ensure ongoing adoption of best product practices
  • Craft communication & compelling narratives for different stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate agile and continuous discovery ceremonies, train the trainer, empower, and make our Product Managers shine
  • Run complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Product, Design & Engineering, Analytics, Go To Market, and Commercial (incl. Customer Enablement)
  • Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to seek input, create alignment, drive collaboration, and influence change
  • Use strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the Product organization and the effectiveness of teams

Product Practices & Processes
  • Champion product excellence, enable our Product Managers and key stakeholders, and continuously improve how we do things by applying an agile product mindset
  • Optimize and operationalize cross-functional end-to-end product processes that deliver value to the business and to our customers, e.g. continuous discovery, PDLC enablement, go-to-market activities, escalation management, etc.
  • Boost the skills of the Product org with PM playbooks, training material, hands-on coaching, and thorough onboarding
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest thinking in Product Operations, product management, and technical program management

PM Toolstack
  • Optimize how we use our product toolstack to align with best practices whilst ensuring adoption across the Product org, and across selected stakeholder groups
  • Build integrations and automations between and within our tools to increase efficiency
  • Leverage our tools to enable effective processes, such as planning, program management, roadmapping, communication, and the use of customer insights

PDLC Enablement
  • Bring the PDLC to life by thinking holistically and integrating our various initiatives, processes, and tools
  • Establish and run continuous discovery ceremonies, such as product idea grooming, insights reviews, prioritization sessions, and dependency mapping
  • Create playbooks, templates and tools to enable the PDLC, from ideation & discovery through to prioritization, roadmapping, delivery, and launch enablement

Data & Insight
  • Drive evidence-based decision-making and operational predictability by helping our internal customers leverage product analytics, customer insights, and operational performance indicators
  • Enable continuous discovery by facilitating ongoing dialogues between Product and our insights generating teams (Product Intelligence, UX Research, Market Intel, etc.) as well as our CSMs and other Commercial stakeholders
  • Drive consistency in our Product & Engineering metrics to inform decisions and track progress against goals
  • Partner with the Product Intelligence team to support them with storytelling and ensure we measure the right things

About you
  • 5+ years of relevant product management and change management experience, preferably combined with a Product Ops background
  • Experience in developing, evolving, scaling, and operationalizing solutions, and driving change with high adoption rates
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS business with complex products and operations
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a track record of working effectively in a globally distributed team without close supervision
  • High degree of adaptability to pivot quickly based on evolving priorities incl. flexibility to sync across international time zones each week
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills (for technical and non-technical audiences)
  • Ability to influence without authority and to build excellent cross-functional rapport, e.g. with Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Services, Legal and Data Ethics, Commercial, and Business Enabling teams
  • Understanding of and experience with Agile product development practices, ideally with Agile / Scrum and Product Owner certifications
  • Proficiency in Atlassian's suite of products, esp. JIRA & Confluence
  • Experience with roadmapping tools such as Jira Product Discovery and with creating integrations and automations is a bonus
  • Analytical skills to combine quantitative and qualitative insights; knowledge of Tableau, BigQuery and SQL are a bonus
  • Preferably a Master's degree; or alternatively a Bachelor's degree with a strong background in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Product Analytics, and / or Consulting
