Job Title: Senior Technology Consultant 

Location: LaCrosse, WI  

Purpose and Objective:   

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Technology Consultant at our LaCrosse, WI location to work on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. 

Expectations and Tasks:  

Ensure SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) customer success by providing oversight to partner led implementations in order to ensure that technical specifications, data models, and process flows meet high delivery quality standards that support customer business objectives. Collaborate with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), customers and partners to assess application and technical requirements by applying knowledge of the requirements and past project delivery experience to help identify risks and prioritize tasks. Analyze and review of solution design and architecture, coding practices, and performance to ensure the technical solution aligns with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) best practices. Support pre-sales activities by participating in sales meetings and workshops by demonstrating the clear value of the SAP Customer Experience (CX) product portfolio and the services offered by the LoB. Manage customer expectations. Design and conduct workshops with IT and businesspeople. Work with the support team to determine how the applications are supported in production, including system performance and monitoring.  

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:  

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.  

Work Experience:  

Experience must involve 4 years in the following: 

• SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform; 

• B2B and B2C Commerce full implementation and best practices; 

• SAP Commerce Cloud modules and concepts including but not limited to: Catalog modeling and design, user management, checkout and order management, backoffice and content management (WCMS) and promotions, coupons, and vouchers (marketing); 

• Solr search engine; 

• Payments integrations to 3rd party payment providers such as Cybersource; 

• Development teams in a customer-facing role; and 

• Omni-Commerce Connect (OCC) APIs specific to SAP Commerce Cloud. 

Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted. Position can be based in any U.S. location.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $99,341 to $147,560. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $102,100 to $173,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
