About the role:
The ideal candidate will come from the Tech staffing industry with the ability to adapt to a new focus on recruiting recruiters (rec-2-rec) to expand their offices in their east coast. This role is fully on-site in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Recruit recruiters, directors, and executives from competitors
- Hire new sales representatives that are looking to start their career in staffing
- Prospect and develop relationships with clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to work on tackling high priority opportunities
- Proactively work on anticipated hiring needs from clients
- Ensure quality delivery of talent by staying in contact with your candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process
Candidate Requirements
- Commutable to Midtown Manhattan
- 3+ years of Tech or STEM recruiting experience
