You will lead the Nation's premier gateway to space for National Security, Civil and Commercial payloads into the future by translating customer and range requirements into the design and development of customized systems. ENSCO Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect who will work closely with Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) functional and technical experts. Successful candidates will support the modernization, alignment, and integration of range capabilities through the development of sound and validated architectures.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Become the resident Enterprise Architect (EA) expert for LTRS on the Eastern Range
• Support development of the Spaceport of the Future (SOTF) long-range capabilities roadmap and project portfolio
• Produce clear, logical, and concise DoD-level products to inform stakeholder decisions
• Research and analyze range architecture to identify capability gaps, overlaps, and shortfalls
• Advise on and recommend emerging technology transition strategies to drive from the current (As-Is) environment to the development of the future (To-Be) architecture
• Identify opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to support business processes and utilize emerging technologies
• Work with subject matter experts to validate roadmaps and architectures
• Support program management processes for affordability and the development of decisional products across architecture, risk, and investment portfolio
Qualifications Desired
• Experience with the Launch Test Range System (LTRS)
• Experience employing analytical methods or platforms to communicate predictions, findings, or risks through effective data visualizations and reports
• Familiarity with Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
• Experience with project management tools such as SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering
• TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications Required (Skills)
• BS degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline with 5 years relevant EA experience, or 9 years of EA experience in lieu of BS degree
• Experience modeling architectures using industry-standard architecture frameworks (DoDAF, TOGAF, UAF, etc.)
• Experience in defining and analyzing requirements, technology architecture design, portfolio management, and systems integration
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to develop project plans, identify deliverables, and manage schedule commitments
• Willingness to learn new skills
• ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
