Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Business Technology is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Systems Analystto support theService Parts, and Accessories unit.
Reporting to the Business Technology Systems Manager, the person in this role will have the responsibility to create user stories, conduct requirement gathering sessions, communicate system application status, and ensure system sustainability & compliance.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions that achieve business objectives and improve business efficiencies.
- Write or oversee the creation of business user stories.
- Develop project/enhancement schedules and create as well as execute formal test plans.
- Document and conduct user system training.
- Oversee 3rd party vendors product quality and adherence to project and TMNA standards.
- Manage change control, sponsor engagement, and business commitment.
- Facilitate governance meetings to ensure business priorities are achieved.
- Manage SOX audit cycle deliverables.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are key.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain management or related field; and/or equivalent years of professional experience.
- Prior experience conducting business requirements gather sessions.
- Prior experience writing business user stories or technical system requirements.
- Prior experience writing test scripts and overseeing user acceptance testing.
- Experience in systems' project methodology: SCRUM, waterfall, etc.
Added bonus if you have
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of supply chain applications (e.g., warehouse management, inventory management, logistics, etc.).
- Experience in UI/UX design and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, OLAP or business analytics tools.
- Programming knowledge in one or more of the following: SQL, COBOL, J2EE, Python.
