This position is on-site in Tacoma, with the potential for a hybrid schedule.

Schedule - Monday-Friday Day Shift
Full Time - Pay Range $85,000-$100,000 annually based on experience

What You'd Be Doing

• Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations, and storage utilization of all servers, network devices, and firewalls.
• Serve as the technical expert in system and network administration.
• Manage server backup strategy and testing and participate in disaster recovery planning.
• Serve as a mentor to other System Support Team Members.

Education/Experience/Skills

• Completion of a college program in information technology or related studies.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and meet project deadlines in a multi-task environment.
• Demonstrated success in working independently and in a team setting.
• Superior Customer service-oriented approach. Responds to requests with a sense of urgency.
• Strong skill level with Active Directory, including design, management, and security.
• Experience with O365 administration.
• Knowledge of virtual environments both Hyper -V and VMWare.
• Backup strategy design and hands-on recovery of server environments
• Experience in network design and administration to include LAN/WAN/VPN/MPLS.
• Familiarity with scripting in Windows PowerShell with an emphasis on automation of IT processes.
• Ability to design and maintain Dev/Test/Prod refresh cycles.
