Job Summary:
The Senior SE&I Engineer provides systems engineering support to an enterprise customer-based environment by having the ability to work a variety of efforts in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. The position requires effective and accurate exchange of information across a multilocation with customer visibility into the team’s actions and response. Self-starting initiatives, process improvements. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for site and enterprise processes and be able to work through integration efforts with other segments at the facility and across the enterprise. This position communicates with many levels of the program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Work collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor).
- Manage moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight.
- Provide measurable input to new products, process, or standards in operation plans in order to implement customer integrations and/or objectives.
- Identifying efficiencies and leading/participating in engineering process improvement activities.
- Produces and review technical documentation, Operating Instructions, Concepts of Operations, System Integration Plans, and Requests for Change entries, Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform customer mandated Change Management procedures.
- Adhere to customer mandated configuration management policies.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience in Systems Engineering.
- Experienced with government systems engineering and integration processes.
- Experience working across contract and location boundaries.
- Customer relationship experience
- Commercial Off the Shelf (COTs) products used in standard development such as Service Now
- An active and in-scope TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- SCM Certified.
- PMP Certified
- Atlassian products such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Systems Engineering and Integration Processes
- Configuration and Change Management

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
