Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst with a strong background in e-commerce. This key role encompasses leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, optimizing order forecasting processes, managing channels for Finance & MKPL development, and spearheading system design for ERP and Seller Portal. The successful candidate will be proficient in leveraging metrics and data-driven insights, advanced in SQL and Excel, and adept at navigating a fast-paced, bilingual environment where complex communication and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate S&OP meetings, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to align on production and Supply Chain strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination to make informed decisions in a dynamic business environment.
- Develop and implement robust order forecasting methodologies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand.
- Utilize historical data and market trends to enhance accuracy in demand forecasting and support agile Supply Chain operations.
- Perform ad-hoc statistical analysis to investigate forecast variances and propose forecasting solutions.
- Utilize metrics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes, analyzing KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies based on data analysis to enhance overall Supply Chain efficiency and performance.
- Spearhead the design and enhancement of ERP systems and Seller Portal to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful system implementation, addressing issues and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Advanced degree in the Supply Chain, business, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or statistics-related fields
- Minimum 3+ years of prior replenishment experience in the retail industry preferred
- Professional maturity and ability to work autonomously
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution, in an environment that values speed and adaptability.
- Must have advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently to support quick decision-making processes.
- Proven ability to handle complex communication scenarios, adapting communication styles to diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced work setting.
- Comfortable addressing and resolving conflicts proactively, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. The ability to navigate challenges and find constructive solutions is essential.
- Previous experience as a product manager involved in the design of financial systems or Seller Portal is a strong advantage, especially in navigating the complexities of our fast-paced business landscape.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate complex Supply Chain concepts and strategies effectively in both languages.
