DESIGNATION
PROGRAM MANAGER/TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
ROLE DESCRIPTION (minimum 5+ lines please)
• Program management for M365 Audit program
• Collaborate with Office 365 Global Risk and Compliance team to build upon and improve
audit processes.
• Manage program reporting and communications with internal Office 365 teams and
external auditors.
• Manage evidence collection and coordinate external auditor and Office 365 engineering
meetings.
• Managing SharePoint evidence repository
• Maintaining Audit calendar, reporting, and notification automations Coordinating meeting
rooms with CBRE/facilities management
• Managing ADO evidence work items
• Reporting on status updates with the stakeholders
SKILLS
• Good knowledge and understanding of high-level architecture & design of Azure Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage).
• Basic knowledge of automation recovery tools and load balancers like Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door.
• Good knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Technology and Terms.
• Good knowledge and expertise of reporting tools - MS Excel and MS Power BI
• Good knowledge on MS Power-BI - should be able to create PBI reports and automate manual reports.
• Experience in MS ADO. Creating tasks, updating tasks, creating dashboards/reports in ADO
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to chair meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range : $90K to $100K
