For California only - Benefits and Compensation:
Individuals hired for this position can reasonably expect a base salary within the range of $130,000 - $175,000. The company provides comprehensive health and retirement savings plan benefits that support an employee's total well-being.

What part will you play?
- GAF Energy is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager to lead our efforts to provide our roofing partners and homeowner customers with the tools they need to deliver an excellent product experience.
- You will report to the Director of Software Product and work cross-functionally to create solutions for critical business needs to deliver excellent roofer and homeowner experiences.
- This multifaceted role will require the right blend of design thinking, user empathy, program and project execution, technical skills, communication skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
What will you do?
- Create and execute a strategic product roadmap for our external applications used by roofing partners and homeowners based on solving problems and measuring success.
- Cultivate a deep curiosity regarding how our business operates, partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and obtain buy-in on priorities.
- Coordinate work for engineers through JIRA management (writing user stories and acceptance criteria) and participating in scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, and various eng meetings) to help manage software delivery.
- Validate current commitments and delivered value against goals, adjust plans as necessary.
- Ship product despite uncertainty and shifting plans. Deliver incremental value, measure success against goals, iterate until goal is achieved.
- Clearly communicate and engage with customers and key stakeholders continuously.
What do we require from you?
- 5+ years professional experience with 2+ years in Software Product management
- Deep understanding of Agile Software Product development, including Scrum, Kanban
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Solar or energy-related industry experience
- Experience using various data tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent) to drive business decisions
- Experience building a great customer and/or sales experience
- Experience working with a B2B or B2B2C sales organization
- BS in quantitative field or MBA
- Start-up experience
