Duties: Serve as a Full Stack .Net developer resolving problem of systems integration, compatibility, performance potentially across multiple platforms. Provide feasibility analysis on potential projects. Build and maintain system based on applications architecture to improve business processes and in alignment/support of critical business strategies. Assess the business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives for wide-impact initiatives to recommend appropriate strategic action. Facilitate continued process improvement within team. Determine organizational impact of software maintenance issues and develop overall strategy to address them. Integrate activities with business units and collaborate to ensure project cost and schedule are properly estimated and controlled. Focus on highly visible, complex and critical business priorities and applications within the Investment Management; supporting significant information technology components into the organization architecture. Work with complex requirements, procedures, and processes to optimize system performance and efficiencies, balancing technical and organizational goals. Telecommuting permitted within commuting distance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience working as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related position.
Experience must include: Web development using ASP.Net framework with C#, JavaScript/Framework, HTML, Object Oriented Programming (OOP) technologies; Full stack .Net development (front, middle & back end), API (SAOP, Rest) service using .Net, Kendo UI; Utilizing large-scale integrated online RDBMSs using SQL Server; SSIS and SSRS across multiple hardware and software platforms; and Working with Agile SCRUM Teams.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
