Who Are You?
As a Senior Social Media Marketer at Strada, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a Social Media strategy and plan. You will help influence our voice within the community, manage and oversee our Social Media channels, play an integral role in helping shape our value proposition and reputation, and assist in developing our brand in a way that positively impacts existing and potential customers. Strada is seeking a highly motivated, creative self-starter who can multi-task and work across various platforms in a fast-paced environment.
You’ve had experience interacting with the public through Social Media platforms. Some of your day-to-day will include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. This role is responsible for creating daily original content (Instagram stories, Social Media feed posts etc.) that relates to our audience. You’ll create content that educates and makes the public aware of our products and services. You’ll directly engage customers and create a clear call to action that converts engagement into sales. You must be able to work independently and creatively, while also staying up-to-date with industry trends in the Media and Entertainment, Brand, and Agency video production segments.
You’ll be a key driver in shaping and delivering content that elevates the brand, satisfies customer needs and accomplishes company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage our Social Media strategy
Define most important Social Media KPIs
Manage and oversee Social Media content
Measure the success of every Social Media campaign
Stay up to date with latest Social Media best practices and technologies
Use Social Media marketing tools
Write copy and work with our Founders to ensure content is informative and appealing
Monitor SEO and user engagement to suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via Social Media to create a strong network
Qualifications and Requirements:
5+ years experience working as a Social Media Marketer, preferably in the tech or video industry
Familiarity with industry-standard production and post production tools that customers use, such as basic camera knowledge, NLEs and DAWs or similar tools
Experience defining Social Media strategy to improve brand awareness and grow impressions
Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/ Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ and other similar platforms
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of Social Media KPIs
Team player who can collaborate with teams and stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and senior leadership
Proficient in industry-standard collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, G-Suite)
Attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects without oversight
Willingness and understanding that working in a startup means you’ll certainly wear a lot of hats!

We have already secured early-stage funding and are able to offer a salary with equity options, allowing you to play a major role in the company's success and growth. We also provide a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation allowances. Even though we are an early-stage startup, we want you to thrive both personally and professionally, so getting in early can unlock a future where your talent and commitment are recognized and rewarded.
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
The posted salary range is for candidates based in and willing to work in-person from our office in Los Angeles, California.
Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
