Senior SiteDesign & User Experience Manager We are currently seeking a Senior SiteDesign & User Experience Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for enhancing the User Experience (UX) on Insperity.com by conducting UX research, analyzing data from platforms (Knotch, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) reporting tools. Responsibilities: Conducts in-depth user research to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Utilizes analytics platforms, including Knotch, Google Analytics, and CrazyEgg, to gather insights into user engagement and site performance. Interprets SEO reports to identify opportunities for optimization. Develops and implements site strategy changes based on UX research findings and analytics insights.
Leverages data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the user journey. Collaborates with data science and analytics teams to derive actionable insights for enhancing the website's effectiveness. Makes informed decisions by synthesizing and interpreting data from various sources.
Implements A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to validate the impact of site changes. Monitors and evaluates the performance of site elements, adjusting strategies based on real-time data. Analyzes conversion funnels to identify friction points and optimize user paths.
Collaborates with the content team to align messaging and design with conversion goals. Implements strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement. Stays informed about industry benchmarks and conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Benchmarks site performance against industry standards and competitors, utilizing insights to drive strategic decisions. Works closely with digital marketing, content, and development teams to align site changes with overall marketing and business objectives. Collaborates with the technology team to implement technical improvements identified through data analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
Master's Degree is preferred Seven to ten years of experience in in UX research, website strategy, and analytics is required. Direct experience with WordPress and other relevant website platforms is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
