Form of workJob Requirements The Process Chemistry organization located at our Rahway, New Jersey site is seeking highly motivated and exceptional chemists who are looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced job that provides a high degree of technical responsibility. A successful candidate will be joining a group of innovative scientists with broad deliverables ranging from the design of manufacturing routes for drug candidates to driving innovative solutions to complex chemistry problems in the discovery phase to building on our state-of-the-art catalysis capabilities.- A PhD. in chemistry with experience in methodology/catalysis (including chemo-catalysis, bio-catalysis and heterogeneous catalysis), total synthesis, physical organic chemistry, or flow chemistry is needed, along with a proven track record of solving complex problems.-A high level of innovation, creativity, and self-initiative are expected for the role.-Candidates should exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
