Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies to address complex business requirements.
- Architect and optimize Salesforce data model, workflows, and automation processes to improve system performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and technical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance testing, and implement best practices to maintain code integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities and drive business value.
- Qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on custom application development and integrations.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification or equivalent experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and platform limitations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, or other Salesforce clouds and products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and version control systems.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
