DX Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and talented Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our customers.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests. You will work alongside our Salesforce Business Analysts to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborating with the Salesforce Business Analyst and key stakeholders to validate business requirements and any technical considerations (security, scalability, limits, etc).
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
• Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems.
• Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
• Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and key 3rd party applications.
• Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across customer systems.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• • University graduate.
  • +5 years of Salesforce Development & Architecture.
  • Experience working with teams to deliver in Agile project environments.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
  • Must have contributed to at least one major Salesforce project from discovery to go-live.
  • Gather functional requirements, document them in user stories, and ensure correct configuration by the development team.
  • Ability to work closely with the client members of the team and SMEs.
  • Declarative customization including Flow.
  • Salesforce.com Agile Scrum Management.
  • Salesforce certifications including: Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, Javascript Developer I, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, or Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
