About the Job:
As an AYG Senior Yacht Sales Representative, you will generate Yacht Sales through identifying prospective Buyers and Sellers, establish and nurture Client relationships by providing them with informed product knowledge, and manage the entire Yacht Sales process from start to finish with professionalism, enthusiasm, and creative spirit. You will actively participate in all AYG sponsored events and marketing campaigns. Develop Sales Plan to reach your sales quota set forth by AYG.
About You:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in Yacht sales (specifically in yachts $750K and up)
- Strong prospecting and business development skills and ideas, including sales and negotiations.
- Competency in DMS and CRM systems.
- Extensive knowledge of yacht market and network.
- Consummate experience selling $1 million + yachts
- Comprehensive knowledge of purchase contracts, terms and conditions, and addendums.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail focused.
