Our leading Real Estate Wholesale Company is expanding! We are looking for an experienced Sales Managerwho can use their skills and expertise to help us improve our sales strategy and revenue.
The ideal Sales Manager has extensive sales experience, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, team leading and deal closing.
We're searching for someone with lots of positive energy, who can encourage people to perform and is a self-starter with excellent people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and establish long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Setting sales quotas and goals
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Proven success rate at levels above the sales quota
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Experience using CRM to manage sales processes and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management skills
