Senior Relationship Associate
The Senior Relationship Associate position will play a key role in supporting our Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and expanding client relationships through proactive communication, custom analysis, and superior client service delivery.
• Develop into a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, due diligence and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution both internal and external to BBH IM.
• Assist with compiling client presentations, investment proposals, and performance reports to support Relationship Managers in client meetings and presentations.
• Attend client meetings and events and participate/ contribute based on experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to Portfolio Management, Client Services, Report Servicing, Marketing, Risk and Compliance, to address client needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Coordinate meeting preparation by organizing all necessary internal participants to review meeting agenda and materials.
• Assist with conducting research and analysis into market trends, investment products and client portfolios to provide insights and recommendations.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects requested by management.
• Stay updated on BBH product offerings, financial markets, industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:
You have a strong interest in the financial markets or investing. You will need a combination of interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and attention to details. You thrive working in, and learning in, a team-based and collaborative environment.
We are seeking candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years professional experience. Previous experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, is a plus.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations is a plus.

Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000
BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
