Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Install and repair industrial and commercial refrigerating systems based on blueprints and engineering specifications.
Conduct preventative maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems.
Document maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
Test system operation using gauges and instruments.
Disassemble, assemble, and install refrigeration equipment.
Communicate with other departments and management regarding production efficiency concerns.
Maintain inventory levels and report low supply levels to supervisor.
Assist operators with training and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
Stay updated on new products, equipment, technology, and techniques.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Anticipate parts requirements and acquire parts ahead of task performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
