We work together to identify a representative community of talent to join Zillow. We use Workday and Gem to track our applicants and encourage group thinking when it comes to identifying new sourcing methods and hacks. Our Recruiting function is comprised of five focus areas including Technical (Product, Engineering, Design), Executive (Sr Director and above), Corporate (Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Communications), Go to Market and Shared Services (Revenue forward or revenue building roles). You Will Get To:
Provide full-cycle recruiting for 10+ requisitions at a time, including running recruiting meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and identifying candidates, reviewing inbound applicants, screening and recommending slate for interview consideration, and closing/offer extension
Partner with Recruiting team (Hiring Manager, Sourcer, and Recruiting Coordinator) to drive the successful identification of talent at Zillow (we win as a team at Zillow)
Try out new recruiting techniques and philosophies (do you have an idea you want to test out?)
Recommend and participate in associations, events, and community opportunities

Qualifications
4+ years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in a complex and high-volume environment
Experience in hiring for sales roles with deep market knowledge
A natural culture carrier who regularly lives our values and believes we are better together
Confident in communication and interaction with executive leaders
Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a solid pipeline of talent. Stays abreast of trends, developments, and changes within the industry
Demonstrates an ability to comprehend the nuances and responsibilities of each job description and effectively ask questions to vet candidate viability
Can work within recruiting software such as Workday, Textio, or similar platforms to streamline recruiting efforts
