Boeing Distribution Services, Inc. is looking for a Total Quality Senior Manager based in Miami, FL.

Position Summary:
- Lead a diverse team of quality professionals across 5 BDSI US locations: 6 direct reporting managers and approximately 150 individual contributors.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, knowledge and oversight. Develop and build a compliance-focused team culture.
- Establish strategic partnerships and relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and collaborating on multi-discipline teams.
- Provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities.
- Employ Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) to actively communicate and engage with employees, peers, customers, and stakeholders.
- This position requires proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment developing strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure overall success of aggressive business objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Implement best practices in quality engineering, systems, and services and works with project teams.
- Develop working relationships with appropriate regulatory agencies and work as the senior liaison in regards, to Quality matters. Network with industry organizations to provide additional Company resources and to stay ahead of changes within the regulatory agencies and industry.
- Develop metrics and benchmarking for Company Quality Assurance performance.
- Formulate and execute quality department budget and manages expenses to approved budget.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- 10+ years of related work experience
- 10 years supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience
- Six Sigma (Greenbelt or Lean) (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in Aerospace QA inspection
- Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of drawings, MIL-Standards, and customer requirements
- Knowledgeable of AS9100/9120 Standard
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient communication skills in regards, to performance, coaching, disciplinary
- FAA, CAA, EASA Experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Education: Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or related field of study (Master's Degree preferred)
