Looking for a Senior Quality Engineer

What you will be doing as a Senior Quality Engineer

· Develop and execute system level, functional and non-functional, integration, regression, system, exploratory and performance/stability tests for 4G and 5G Core products.

· Develop and employ testing strategy and tools based on interactions with feature architects and software engineers, based on industry standards and customer requirements.

· Develop and run automated tests.

· Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards

· Carry out product and process auditing

· Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators

· Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system

· Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma and Measurement System Analysis

· Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements

· Report results of testing to other teams and help debugging as needed.

· Take ownership responsibility for product, including testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

· Support customer demo and lab trial execution and integration with other teams as needed.

· Manage and operate internal and 3rd party simulation tools..

What you will bring to the table as a Senior Quality Engineer

· Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MS degree preferred.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment; previous start-up experience is a plus.

· Able to work with multiple teams including remote team in different time zones.

· Strong background in developing test specifications and test strategies.

· Self-starter, capable of working independently and building strong cross-functional relationships.

· Experience of working in Quality Assurance

· Experience with Software Automation – scripting and/or programming expertise using Bash, Python.

· Experience in testing wireless core products - MME/SGW/PGW/ePDG/PCRF or 5GC –

· AMF/SMF/UPF/NRF/NSSF/N3IWF a big plus.

· Experience and proficient understanding of 3GPP packet core domain - 4G EPC and/or 5G Core is preferred.
