Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Review of software requirements.
• Prepare Performance Test Strategy, Performance Test Plan
• Prepare NeoLoad (and/or JMeter) Performance Test scripts and Execute as per the timelines.
• Prepare Test Data for the dependent processes.
• Analyze the Performance test results and prepare the Performance Test Summary Report.
• Coordinate with Development/Basis teams in trouble-shooting and Performance tuning of the applications.
• Achieve the defined/expected Performance Test Metrics, KPIs
• Reporting of defects and tracking them for closure.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly Status reports
Business Skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understands business processes for focus area or multiple modules.
• Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
• Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
• Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.
• Understands detailed business functionality related directly and indirectly to SAP project.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $42.16 to $57.75. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Job Description:
- SAP Testing Consultant
- SAP Testing Skills
- Must have created Web, Database, Client/Server and multi-protocol Performance scripts.
- Good experience in entire SDLC life cycle from requirements gathering to releasing into production
- Experience in Performance Monitoring tools and understanding of SAP Performance Monitoring.
- At least one full life-cycle implementation project (Accelerated SAP or SAP Activate methodology).
- Technical background and an understanding of the SAP Application Systems and Testing Methodology.
- Experience in Performance testing of Mobile App is an added advantage
- Ability to map test cases with requirements, generate RTM and Test results
- Ability to prepare and track Testing Metrics.
- Ability to work in tight schedules and on different applications concurrently
- Experience on TOSCA or equivalent Automation tool is a must.

- 5 years of IT Software (Testing) experience
- 3 years of Performance testing experience (baseline, benchmark, load, stress and endurance testing).
- Experience in NeoLoad and JMeter tool.
