Our client is an operator of upscale commercial tenants within 15 states throughout a 15 state area in the US that is seeking to hire a Senior Property Accountant. The firm’s award-winning properties are nearly 100% occupied and the organization is seeking to expand this year and add a strong accountant to their team. The Senior Property Accountant will join their growing team in their Naperville office (Hybrid work mode).
$75000 - 90,000 plus bonus

Responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant:
- Will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for multiple assigned properties
- The Senior Property Accountant will participate in Month End Close and Reporting
- Daily Cash Reconciliations
- Prepare sale and occupancy tax reports
- Approval of AP
- Backups for guest ledgers
- Capital calls and assisting with acquisitions
Requirements for the Senior Property Accountant:
- At least 2 years property accounting is desired
- Strong Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong excel skills
- Bachelors Degree Accounting or Finance
