SUMMARY
Analyze and coordinate the schedules, timelines, procurements, staffing, and budget of aspects of the NC battery plant. Position will lead and guide the work of other employees. Position will serve as a point of contact for TAI and stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple projects and ensure they stay on track for completion as well as meet KPIs. Maintains familiarity with company policies and procedures to ensure projects stay in compliance.
  • Establishes, builds, and maintains relationships with all stakeholders involved in battery project.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all TAI, TTCI, and TTM members from Metals, Chemical, GPL, Machinery Divisions, and Corporate on all ongoing projects.
  • Communicates with TTC business units and project management teams on battery project status.
  • Communicates with key suppliers, affiliates, customers, and partners involved in battery project.
  • Manage calendars for each project and track key events, milestones, and meetings.
  • Assist with preparing reports, that clearly, concisely, and accurately summarize results in accordance with each department and professional standards.

EDUCATION/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, 15 years of project management experience and/or combination of education and experience required.
