GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for spearheading projects that involve multiple departments. Oversees coordination, resource allocation, and ensures alignment of project objectives with departmental and organizational goals. Engages with department heads for effective project delivery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
- Monitor and report on project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Motivate and manage project team members to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain compliance with the knowledge requirements outlined on the department intranet site
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a related position

- Advanced level interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.

- Applicable Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
