Cannon Companies is accepting applications for a well-established, experienced Telecommunications Project Manager. We are looking for a qualified applicant with a background in estimating, bidding and managing in the City of Seattle required. Must have 10+ years' experience in Telecommunications-Utility construction.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with contract status reports, excel and estimating software.
• Must be able to take ownership for accomplishing new opportunities.
• Ability to meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and analyzing variances.
• Successfully managed projects $3M and above
• Must be able to implement changes and improvements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to multitask numerous projects and assignments.
• Estimating experience with bid work and managing unit price contracts.
• Must have proven experience working in the City of Seattle.
• This position is a Safety Sensitive role

Responsibilities:

• Guides projects to successful completion while producing satisfied customers, maintaining profit margin, and facilitating team growth.
• Prepare budget, schedules, and scope of quality management.
• Accountable to completion of project goals by ensuring project tasks and client deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, scope, and budget parameter.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Resolve problems, complete audits, and identify trends.
• Determine system improvements and implement changes.
