Senior Project Manager

Project Planning and Scheduling: The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for creating project schedules, timelines, and milestones for ongoing construction projects in the Central Alabama area. This includes developing detailed project plans, identifying critical path activities, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Budgeting and Cost Control: The Project Manager will oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections for construction projects in Central Alabama. This involves monitoring project expenses, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.

Resource Management: The Project Manager will allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
