Position:  Senior Project Engineer
Location:  St Charles, IL(On-site)  
Duration: Full time & Direct Hire

Job description:

• The Senior Project Engineer will have responsibility for water/ wastewater projects, including planning, design and construction phase services. Candidates must have a strong background in master planning, utility infrastructure rehabilitation, public water supply and/or wastewater treatment.
• The candidate must have demonstrated technical expertise with a wide range of water/ wastewater infrastructure projects and experience serving municipal clients. Furthermore, individuals will be responsible for client management, quality assurance/quality control of projects, as well as providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team. As such this individual must possess outstanding work ethic, excellent communication skills and understand the use of multiple leadership styles.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ environmental engineering with fifteen + years related experience and must be a Professional Registered Engineer in IL.

Proficiencies:

• Expertise in municipal engineering including contract development and client management
• Direct Experience in the planning, design and construction of Public water supply, treatment, storage and distribution systems
• Municipal wastewater collection systems and pump station
• Wastewater treatment systems including BNR processes and sludge handling facilities
• Expertise in construction observation and supervision/management of field personnel.
• Expertise in environmental permitting, funding and regulatory requirements

Salary: 

• Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year plus 1.5X for overtime
