Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed first-year salary of $283,000 based on 2.5 patients per hour.
- $30,000 hiring bonus.
- $20,000 relocation allowance.
- $2,000 monthly resident stipend starting the month after the contract is signed.
- Opportunity for a 4-week Medical Spanish Program in Xayla, Guatemala.
