WWR&R sets aggressive goals to reduce the cost of Reverse Logistics (ReLo) through innovative solutions spanning science and technology. Our team looks to disrupt the status quo, where all returned units are physically processed by associates. . As a Senior Program Manager you will create and implement the program strategy to operationally scale these cost optimization initiatives. You you will be responsible for establishing KPIs to measure operational performance, identifying and unblocking operational constraints, and increasing product eligibility for these programs. You will work closely with Product Managers, Transportation partners, ReLo Operations partners, Retail partners, Liquidators, Repair Vendors, and Charities.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the strategy for scaling Reverse Logistics (ReLo) cost optimization initiatives and socialize the strategy with leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and measure KPIs to track operational success of the programs, and then build mechanisms to monitor, deep dive, and report on the KPIs in business reviews
- Increase volume flow by root causing and removing eligibility blockers, while gaining approval to do so with partner teams
- Create financial models to complete cost/benefit analyses of moving forward with your operational plan
- Work alongside product managers, operations, and tech teams by sharing data and metrics, feedback, specifications, and technical analysis to fully define design requirements for new products and features
