The Health and Civil Sector is seeking a senior Program Finance professional to support the HMS Business Area.
Role is anticipated to be primarily telecommute (must be located in the United States) with some possible travel to other Leidos offices.
The successful candidate will report to the HMS Finance & Business Operations Manager. Qualified candidate will support the program performing financial reporting/analysis, AOP planning, forecasting, pricing activities, business case scenarios, and program EAC review.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Management of all financial aspects assigned projects
- Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes for the division
- Perform oversight from a financial perspective of proposal pricing including risk assessment and cash flow analysis
- Supporting monthly financial reviews (Awards, Net Bookings, Revenue, Fee, Cash)
- Assist in establishing short- and long-range operations financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Supporting Estimate at complete process and presenting results
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
- Manages complex PFA tasks
- Perform business case and ROI analysis
- Measure performance against key AOP metrics such as Revenue, Expense, OI, Cash, DWC and DSO
- Completes monthly progress reports
- Perform data reconciliation and consolidation, as well as variance analysis
- Works independently on moderate to large internal projects
- Responsible for supporting the consolidated planning of all Cash, FCF, and Balance Sheet accounts
- Backlog analysis
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Basis-Of-Estimate support for proposal effort
- Support key weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables that track and communicate the performance of the business’s key metrics
- Service center monitoring and forecasting
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 8+ years’ experience
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe, MS Office
- Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments
- Strong analytical ability
- Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently
- Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action
- Ability to handle high volume of data in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment
- Must possess proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can-do attitude

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
