Must possess the drive, determination, and personality to provide our customers with world class service levels from quotation, order fulfillment, through post sales service & support |
Job Qualifications |
Experienced Hands-on manager who is actively involved on a daily basis |
Ability to drive outside sales calls, upsells & motivate the inside sales team |
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative & desire to succeed |
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, identifying & solving problems as necessary |
Ability to work well in stressful situations |
Readily available to coach, mentor & develop CRS team |
Prior managerial experience preferred |
Job Requirements |
Computer proficiency in MS Office tools including email & excel is desired, as well as familiarization with CRM tools such as Salesforce & Made 2 Manage is a plus. |
Entering sales orders accurately and promptly as received, ensuring the relevant details, such as customer contact information, dates, pricing, quantity & shipping data is accurate for processing. |
Resolve customer issues regarding any product and/or processing dissatisfaction such as; shipping discrepancies, invoicing requests, and return of any defective product. |
Ability to recommend and upsell customers on new equipment purchases |
Keep track of aged orders and make sure they ship in a timely manner |
Process credit card transactions to receive payment at customer's request |
Answer all emails on request for quotes in 24 hr. time frame for both current and potential new clients |
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment, while being a team player. |
Excellent communication, telephone, computer, email & customer-centric skills required |
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task day to day activities |
Self motivated, able to think quickly |
Capable & comfortable to present detailed reports to senior management |
