The RoleProduct marketing is the connective tissue between our product organization and our go-to-market teams. We build inspirational stories that help brands understand how our groundbreaking AI can be used to fuel relationships as customers evolve. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Product Marketing and be our lead storyteller, owning Amperity's product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy. Our ideal candidate is someone who can dive into technical details to surface our differentiation and who can abstract away from the technology to tell values stories by industry or use case.
Interesting Problems- Act as a platform expert on the marketing team, owning the overall positioning and messaging of our product portfolio.
- Partner with a world-class product management team to distill key functionality needed to strengthen our platform differentiation.
- Partner closely with our Growth Marketing and Business Value team to create compelling industry and use case solutions messaging to help buying groups understand the value of our platform.
- Work closely with Business Development to leverage our partner's industry expertise to scale your work and drive awareness and adoption of Amperity products.
- Own our competitive strategy and collaborate with Sales Enablement to deliver the expertise, training, content, and confidence in our solutions to sell successfully.
- Develop key content such as demos, videos, sales content, data sheets, white papers and other content to support sales, customer success and marketing initiatives to engage our paid media audience.
- Bachelors in Marketing, MBA Preferred
- The equivalent of 8+ years' experience in Product Marketing with a deep understanding of the customer data tools and ecosystem including CDPs and Data Warehouses.
- A storyteller who can get into the technical weeds of a product and can extract the business value for a marketing and technical buyer.
- Displays curiosity, enjoys learning and gathering new insights
- Demonstrable copywriting experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply learnings to recommended outcomes and communicate to broader audiences
- Experience in digital and traditional content-driven lead generation is a big plus
- Experience working directly with a sales team is a big plus
- You aim at outcomes, figure out the plan, and deliver
Amperity has headquarters in Seattle and NYC. We are also currently hiring in CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX.
CompensationBase Salary: $128,000 -$192,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Other Cash Incentives: For many of our positions, other cash incentives are also available.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity's total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
