Job Description:
The need to modernize creative workflows and accelerate the pace of creative production is greater than ever. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Creative Cloud Enterprise team to lead go-to-market strategy and execution, inclusive of our core applications and collaboration tools!
By bringing to bear keen industry insights and partnering with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies to optimize the GTM plan and ensure we hit our financial targets. This role requires exceptional Product Marketing skills, a proven understanding of business strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver results.
What You'll Do:
- Understand customer need/pain points and translate into compelling Marketing collateral such as positioning, messaging, use-cases, personas, etc.
- Partner with the Retail Product Marketing team to develop and implement the long-term business strategy for the Creative Cloud Enterprise business across commercial and government segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, corporate marketing, sales, customer success, and our engagement/retention teams to align product priorities and goals.
- Build enablement materials that will help train the worldwide field organization position and sell *** Creative products.
- Drive business results through the entire customer journey from discovery and acquisition to retention and renewal.
- Guide pricing and packaging decisions, as well as marketing programs to drive demand and deliver product launches.
- Develop insights based on customer engagement and analytics to inform strategic priorities and requirements that deliver high-impact business results
- Build out and plan industry and the client led thought leadership and event strategies.
- Act as a change agent.
- Minimum 5+ years in enterprise sales operations, go-to-market or Product Marketing in the SaaS space, serving the enterprise segment.
- Self-starter with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills - can work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, business development, and product management teams.
- Track record of delivering effective marketing programs and messaging that demonstrate original thinking.
- Able to distill complex ideas into powerful, relevant sales and customer-facing messaging.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
