POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Research Scientist II/Senior Research Scientist in biology, you will play a key role in advancing our drug development pipeline. You will design and execute a diversity of in vitro experiments, analyze data, and contribute valuable insights to Immunome’s pre-IND programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in biology, cell biology, cancer biology, immunology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience (or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree) in research organizations, CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on drug development.
- Expertise in cell culture and cell-based techniques, including multi-color flow cytometry, stable cell line generation, internalization assays, and cytotoxicity assays.
- Experience in immune cell isolation, functional assays (proliferation, cytokine production, and/or intracellular signaling), ELISA, and gene expression analyses using RT-qPCR is a plus. Familiarity with automation (liquid handler) is a plus.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex scientific data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
