About the Position
The University of Phoenix, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team of engineers to create, prioritize, monitor, and deliver products and make critical decisions regarding engineering functions.
What You’ll Do
Manage the development and implementation of engineering processes or product development. Collaborate with executive leadership across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy and product roadmap and ensure successful business outcomes. Set the strategic direction for product development and management. Create a data driven and market informed vision and strategy for the products. Oversee cost analysis of product development and collaborate with others in management of financial planning. Manage control measures and coordinate activities to ensure that products meet strategic, financial, technical and delivery goals. Position may telecommute from anywhere in the United States up to 5 days a week. Salary: $147,654 - $253,200/year.
What You Bring to the Table
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field plus 3 years (or Bachelor's degree and 5 progressive years) of product management experience. Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following:
1) Designing and engineering technology-powered products;
2) Techniques and Methods of Product Discovery and Delivery;
3) Laying out and communicating data-informed product narratives to company leadership;
4) Experience building and shipping data products;
5) Experience working with Graph Database (Neo4j, Neptune);
6) Data/ Statistical Analytics;
7) SQL, Power BI and Excel;
8) Amazon Web Services;
9) Designing/ Managing Data Frameworks and Ingestion Pipelines; and
10) Agile Development Methodologies.
