Your Role
As a Senior Product Manager for a 2-sided service offering, you need to gain comprehensive understanding of how people, processes and technology interact and connect with one another. You will lead a cross functional team to identify customer needs and pain points, create the transformative service experience and translate them into actionable development plans - create concepts, prototype solutions, measure, iterate and manage end of end feature roll out and analysis, efficiently scale with speed and high quality.
